Dr. Jacobson is a Professor of Pediatrics, Senior Clinician Scientist and Head of the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at B.C.’s Children’s Hospital and the BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute and University of British Columbia. Dr Jacobson is a co-deputy chair of the CIHR/CH.I.L.D. Foundation Canadian Children IBD Network (www.cidscann.ca), is a specialist in pediatric IBD and has an interest in health services and quality improvement. He is a data custodian for the British Columbia IBD Cohort.
